Questions shops ask
- Do I need special equipment?
- No. A phone with a camera is enough. A Wi‑Fi label printer is optional; a tire crayon works too.
- What if the photo can't be read?
- You fill in the fields by hand, the same screen. Dirty or worn sidewalls read best wiped, at a slight angle, with the flash on.
- I don't have a website. Is that a problem?
- No. Pro gives you one at yourshop.tiretally.com, filled from your stock, with your hours, phone and directions.
- I already have a website.
- Paste one line of code where the tires should appear. Works with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and hand-built sites.
- Can I bring my old inventory?
- Yes. Upload your Excel or CSV file, match the columns, and the tires are in.
